Mental Health Navigation is a free and confidential program established in response to the need for mental health care and navigating the often complicated system of resources and services through CAP Services.

The two best steps for you to take first are:
1. Visit CAP Services online at www.capservices.org.  They have online applications for resources for both housing and utilities.
2. If you are unhoused and looking for a place, contact the Salvation Army and the Hope Center first 715-341-2437 or click here: Hope Center
